About the role

Kiddie Cove Nagambie is seeking Diploma or Certificate III qualified Assistant Educators to join our vibrant and nurturing team. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital part in providing high-quality education and care to the children in our centre.

What you will be doing

Planning and delivering engaging educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework

Observing and documenting children's learning and development to inform future activities

Providing a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment for children to learn and explore

Building strong relationships with children and their families

Collaborating with the wider team to ensure the smooth operation of the centre

Continuously improving your own professional practice through training and development

What we are looking for

Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care

Experience working as an Early Childhood Educator in a long day care setting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Creativity and enthusiasm for engaging children in play-based learning

Commitment to upholding high standards of care and safety

Working knowledge of the National Quality Framework and regulations
