To be successful in this role you must :

Have high attention to detail

Be able to communicate well both orally and written.

Have a flexible approach.

Be insanely solution focused.

Hold a WA Property Management Registration

Have a current Drivers License

Demonstrate a high level of maturity.

You will be exposed to landlords, tenants and tradespeople and you will need to be able to work towards deadlines.

You will have access to world class training, coaching and mentoring.

We are highly innovative, we use all cloud based software (Property Me) and are continuing to be at the forefront of the industry.
