About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable High Reach Forklift Operators to join our warehouse team. This role involves a mix of forklift operation, pick packing, and general warehouse duties. You will be working in a well-organised warehouse with a strong focus on safety and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Operating high reach forklifts safely and efficiently

Picking and packing orders accurately using RF scanners

Loading/unloading trucks and organising stock

Meeting KPIs and maintaining high productivity

General housekeeping and warehouse maintenance

Requirements:

Valid forklift licence (LF) with high reach experience

Proven warehouse experience

Comfortable working with RF scanners and meeting daily targets

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
