About the role
We’re seeking a proactive and experienced Accounts Payable lead to manage a full spectrum of payment activities, from supplier invoices and credit cards to employee reimbursements. You'll play a vital role in maintaining financial accuracy, supporting audits, and driving enhancements to Accounts Payable systems and processes—including the rollout of automation initiatives.

What you will do

Take charge of AP automation projects, supporting testing, piloting, and ensuring a successful rollout.

Serve as the key contact for internal teams and external partners (vendors, auditors), ensuring smooth collaboration and issue resolution.

Ensure adherence to policies, legislation, and internal controls while maintaining accurate financial records.

Assist in audit preparation and provide ad-hoc financial insights to help drive informed decision-making.

• Oversee key activities, including payments, reconciliations, and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

What you will bring

Proven experience in Accounts Payable and strong understanding of finance operations.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Experience with financial systems (ideally Oracle) and an interest in automation.

Relevant finance or accounting qualifications would be highly regarded.
