We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Manger to join a contractor with a signifigant pipeline of porjects between $5 and $20 million

As the Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of the construction site, ensuring efficient operations, adherence to safety protocols, and timely project delivery. You will be responsible for managing subcontractors, coordinating schedules, and maintaining the highest standards of quality throughout the build process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations on the construction site, including planning, organizing, and coordinating activities.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Supervise subcontractors and tradespeople, monitoring their performance and quality of work.
• Collaborate closely with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and clients, to ensure project objectives are met.
• Maintain accurate records of construction activities, progress reports, and documentation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry, with new build commercial project experience.
• Experience in commercial and industrial building elements including structural steel and services
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Sound knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
• Prior experience using both Procore and Hammertech
• Valid construction induction card (White Card) and relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
