Our client is a leading organisation within the mining and resources sector, known for innovation and commitment to continuous improvement. They are currently seeking a highly skilled professional to join their Maintenance Planning and Engineering team.

About the role
WorkPac are seeking a Senior Advisor – HME to join the HME Engineering team based in Perth. Reporting to the HME Engineering Manager, this role will focus on program oversight, stakeholder engagement, compliance, process improvement, and reporting.

Key responsibilities

Oversee execution of HME programs, ensuring delivery is on time, within scope, and of high quality

Engage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding program status and objectives

Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and standards

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and program outcomes

Prepare and present reports on program milestones and KPIs

Manage HME Engineering SharePoint site and develop Power BI dashboards and stakeholder communications

Skills and Experience required

Proven stakeholder engagement and strong communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including SharePoint and Power BI

Excellent planning, organisation, and attention to detail

Strong information and document management skills

Relevant qualifications in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, Business Improvement (e.g. Lean or Six Sigma), or similar disciplines

A strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement
