About Us
Sydney Health & Care Services (SHCS) provides grounded, person-first support for people living with disability. Our Warwick Farm clinic is home to a growing allied health team, and we’re currently seeking a part-time Speech Therapist to join us in delivering practical, outcomes-focused therapy.

About the Role
You’ll work with children and adults across a variety of communication and swallowing needs, providing assessments and therapy from our modern clinic space. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their clinical skills within a tight-knit, supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide speech, language, and communication assessments and interventions

Work with clients, families, and other professionals to set and track meaningful goals

Develop functional therapy plans aligned with NDIS goals and clinical best practice

Contribute to case discussions, documentation, and service planning

Maintain accurate, compliant clinical records

What We’re Looking For

Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (SPA membership)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Warm, clear and grounded approach to therapy

NDIS experience is valued but not essential

Availability at least 2–3 days/week at our Warwick Farm clinic
