What you’ll be doing

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical centre
• Lead a high-performing admin and clinical support team
• Drive business growth and help shape the future of the practice
• Manage rosters, billing (Medicare, Workcover, DVA), and reporting
• Ensure smooth re-accreditation processes and quality standards
• Collaborate closely with clinical leads and local healthcare providers

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 2 years' experience managing a GP practice
• Solid understanding of Medicare billing and Best Practice software
• Confident leader with strong communication and organisational skills
• Hands-on, “can-do” attitude and a genuine passion for patient care
