About the Role:

As the Executive Housekeeper, you will take full responsibility for the Housekeeping Department, overseeing a team of supervisors, room attendants, and public area cleaners. You'll manage daily operations to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and presentation across all guest rooms, suites, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. You'll be a hands-on leader, driving quality standards, productivity, and team morale.

In this role, you will:

Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of 20+ across multiple shifts

Develop and monitor cleaning schedules, deep cleaning programs, and linen inventories

Collaborate closely with Maintenance, Front Office, and Spa teams to ensure seamless guest experiences

Manage departmental budgets, supplier negotiations, stock control, and cost efficiency's

Uphold and exceed hygiene, safety, and service standards in accordance with 5-star expectations and brand guidelines

Your Skills & Experience:

3+ years of experience as an Executive Housekeeper or in a senior housekeeping leadership role within a luxury hotel or resort

Strong leadership and team development skills, with a track record of coaching high-performing teams

Proficient in managing departmental budgets, rosters, and productivity KPIs

Experience working with PMS and housekeeping management software (e.g., Opera, HotSOS, RMS)

A proactive and hands-on approach, with outstanding attention to detail and problem-solving ability
