We're representing a well-established player in the HVAC and construction space that is seeking a driven Sales Representative to help grow their NSW presence.
In this role, you'll be managing the full sales cycle - from identifying and converting new business leads to nurturing long-term relationships across the commercial construction, HVAC, and building services sectors.
What we're looking for:
- Proven B2B sales experience (5+ years) - ideally within HVAC, construction, or industrial products
- Strong hunter mentality with a track record of converting prospects into loyal clients
- Confident managing sales pipelines, preparing quotes, and closing deals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
