As a digital marketing executive at Screenwood, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to increase our online presence, drive traffic to our website and help drive appointments for our sales team. Your role is essential in helping us achieve our business objectives and reach our target audience effectively.

To ensure customers are kept up to date and excited about our growing product range, we want to anticipate our customers’ needs at the right time with what they need and when. We will do this through managing a number of touch points and promotions. This involves understanding our customers’ needs and the sales process and implementing targeted campaigns to drive engagement throughout the sales cycle. For example, it could be implementing an EDM multi-step campaign after a sample is ordered, or a multi-channel digital campaign to generate appointments with our sales team, or a database campaign to update past customers on a new product offering.

Your role

Create and execute inhouse promotional campaigns in line with strategic direction by utilising different digital mediums socials, CRM, website.

Collaborate with other team members (sales, customer service, graphic design, SEO and web developer) to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.

Work alongside our digital agency to enhance campaigns in Adwords, Meta and other social channels by ensuring imagery, messaging and data capture is on point.

Work with our SEO agency to drive and implement strategies aimed at increasing our organic traffic on our website and ensuring best practice.

Manage ongoing website updates including brochure uploads, copy corrections, laying out news articles, creating landing pages using Elementor in Wordpress and adding new products.

Manage and report on digital campaigns, monitor performance reports, analyse data, and make data-driven recommendations.

Optimise website performance, including organic traffic, bounce rate, and conversion rates to improve user experience and drive lead generation utilising tools such as Google Analytics and Crazy Egg.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and new growth opportunities.

Your tasks

Pull together assets required for inhouse digital marketing campaigns in line with brand guidelines such as social posts, landing pages, uploading and laying out web news articles, building EDMs. (Note – You will be collaborating with our team members such as Graphic Designer and web developer for certain assets but you will need to bring all items together in the EDM template, landing page and other items required to run the campaign)

Test and trouble shoot campaign functionality before implementation and work with Marketing Manager to roll out across the team.

Work alongside the digital agency to manage and optimise PPC campaigns on various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads.

Conduct keyword research and on-page optimisation to increase website rankings and drive organic traffic.

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns with A/B testing. Analyse analytics and engagement metrics to measure campaign performance.

Work with team members to implement multi-step campaigns.

Deep dive into Active Campaign and our Customer database to identify opportunities for connection and promotional activities.

Prepare and present monthly/quarterly reports to stakeholders.

Maintain promotions in line with brand guidelines

Your skills and experience

A bachelor’s degree or Tafe qualification in marketing, digital marketing, communication, or related fields.

5+ years of experience in digital marketing or content marketing.

Certifications in Google Analytics or similar.

Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Search Console, CRMs such as Active Campaign and Web CMS such as Wordpress and Elementor.

Strong experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, email marketing and social media.

Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and website design best practices.

Working knowledge of Meta and Social Advertising to create and run test ads.

Copywriting skills highly regarded as is Adobe Photoshop and design flare.

Fluency in English as attention to detail with grammar and punctuation a must.
