Your Role:

As a Fashion Designer, you’ll be responsible for translating the latest trends into commercial, must-have styles.

Key responsibilities include:

Design & Concept Development: Design and develop cohesive seasonal collections that reflect brand identity, market trends, and customer demand. Create a minimum of five original, trend-driven designs per day, balancing innovation with commercial appeal. Re-create “best sellers” into new designs.

Trend Forecasting & Market Analysis: Proactively research and anticipate fashion trends through global runway analysis, street style, retail research to inform future collections and design direction.

Strategic Collection Planning: Contribute to collection planning by aligning design concepts with seasonal themes, sales goals, and product strategies across categories.

Fabric & Trim Sourcing: Work with international sourcing teams to identify high-quality, on-trend materials that meet design and production needs.

Technical Pack Creation: Create precise and thorough tech packs, including flat sketches, detailed specifications, construction guidelines to ensure clarity and accuracy in sampling and production.

Sampling & Production Oversight: Manage the sampling process from prototype to final approval, ensuring all garments meet fit, quality, and brand standards. Provide timely feedback and solutions during fittings and revisions.

Attention to Detail: Maintain a meticulous approach to every design aspect, from stitching and trims to fit and finish, ensuring each piece upholds the brand’s standard of excellence.

What You Bring:

✔ At least 2 years of experience in fashion design, with a focus on women’s apparel.
✔ A degree/diploma in Fashion Design or equivalent.
✔ A strong understanding of young women’s fashion trends and fast fashion cycles.
✔ Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
✔ Ability to sketch and create CADs efficiently.
✔ A proactive and adaptable mindset.
