What You'll Be Doing:

Deliver premium, tailored customer service in a luxury or lifestyle retail setting

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships using CRM systems

Support store operations including client outreach, stock management, and merchandising

Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and brand KPIs

Represent the brand with professionalism, confidence, and style

Stay up to date with product knowledge, brand values, and seasonal collections

What We're Looking For:

Previous retail experience in luxury or high-end local designer fashion

Confident in delivering personalised service and building client loyalty through CRM

Passionate about storytelling, brand heritage, and delivering memorable client moments

Self-motivated with a can-do attitude and strong team collaboration skills

Well-presented and confident in representing a global brand standard

Must hold a valid and legitimate work permit with the intention for long-term commitment in Australia
