Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities
  • Foster independence and community inclusion
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment
  • Develop and implement person-centred care plans
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

About You

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Empathetic, patient, and adaptable to client needs
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in disability support (preferred)
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth
  • Reliable and team-oriented
