The Position

• Reporting to a Project Manager and working with your site team responsibilities will include overseeing the administration of the head and subcontracts, assessing variations and managing payments whilst helping to ensure the project is delivered on time and budget
• You will have a dotted line report into the Construction Manager and be offered a career pathway into Project Management
• You will work on new build and fitout projects valued to $30M across the education and commercial sectors
• Salary will be dependent on experience however you can expect figures between $1300K – $150K

Ideal Background

• Degree Qualified (Construction Management or Civil Engineering)
• Have delivered commercial new build projects, ideally within educational or commercial sector
• Good understanding of the local NSW market and be well networked with local subbies
• Ability to plan, manage and deliver several projects simultaneously
• Ability build rapport quickly with all stakeholders across the project
• Good negotiation and decision-making abilities
• Strong IT skills, particularly within Excel, Procore
