About the roles

We have a number of full-time opportunities for qualified light or heavy vehicle mechanics to join our team. You will enjoy working on a variety of equipment, machinery, trucks and vehicles.

Key Responsibilities for the role

* Performing mechanical diagnosis and troubleshooting faults and carry out the repairs. carry out maintenance and servicing.
* Service vehicles, machinery and equipment to a safe and high standard.
* Completed all associated paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.
* Contribute to the workshop maintenance and comply with all WHS quality standards.
* Work with the Managers to determine the day's priorities and then work quickly and effectively to meet the business needs.

Skills & experience

* Trade qualified in either Automotive or Heavy Diesel certification
* Experience and ability to carry out maintenance, fault diagnosis and repairs.
* Experience with light or heavy vehicles, experience with machinery and equipment highly desired or willingness to learn and upskill.
* Capable of maintaining a high standard of work, highly organised and can meet deadlines.
* Enjoy working in a fast paced environment, ability to work autonomously or with a team, a willingness to learn new aspects of the mechanical industry.

For this role, we are looking at offering a Full-time position, 38 hours per week on an hourly rate of $35 -$45 ( negotiable based on experienced and qualification) plus super.
