Location: Midwest Region, WA
Job Type: Full-time, 5 days on 9 days off!
About the Company
Our client is a respected leader in the youth mental health sector, known for delivering innovative and accessible services that support young people aged 12 to 25 across Western Australia. With a mission to optimise life opportunities and a vision for healthy, engaged young people, they are now seeking a Mental Health Clinician to support youth in the Midwest region.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mental Health Clinician to deliver youth-friendly, flexible, and culturally appropriate mental health services in a regional setting. You'll be responsible for therapeutic counselling, care coordination, psycho-social assessments, community engagement, and education, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver holistic care to young people.
You will also play a key role in local youth outreach, awareness campaigns, and strengthening inter-agency collaboration to ensure better mental health outcomes for young people and their families in the Midwest Region.

What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a mental health practitioner, preferably with young people in clinical or remote settings
- A degree in Social Work, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Mental Health Nursing or equivalent, with registration with a relevant professional body
- Experience working in regional or remote Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and a strong understanding of cultural protocols
- Familiarity with mental health assessment tools and case coordination processes
- Ability to deliver therapeutic interventions, facilitate group sessions, and contribute to multi-agency collaboration
- Strong interpersonal, community engagement, and communication skills
- Commitment to professional values such as integrity, collaboration, quality, passion, and adaptability
