Seeking experienced HR Drivers - Cleaning & Resource Recovery across Sydney City area.

Key Responsibilities

Operate HR trucks.

Follow designated collection routes, ensuring timely kerbside waste collection.

Adhere to strict safety procedures, including PPE use and hazard reporting.

Communicate with operations regarding route changes, additional pickups, or maintenance issues.

To be successful in this role you must:

Valid HR Truck Licence

12 months HR driving experience

Reliable transport to get to and from the depot for early starts

Physical fitness - ability to climb in/out of trucks and assist with lifting 25-30 kg when required

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Commitment to safety and compliance with waste management regulations

be reliable, honest and a team player;

Pass a police check

have a good driving history (a current driving record will be required to be presented at the interview);

be safety conscious and have the ability to adhere to Council OHS policies and best practice;

have a can-do attitude and enthusiasm.

be available to start early in the mornings;
