The exciting opportunity:

• Lead occupational therapy service delivery across acute, aged care and community settings
• Manage, mentor, support and coordinate the professional development of a team of 5 Occupational Therapists
• Develop and implement a strategic business plan for Occupational Therapy services
• Achieve accreditation compliance by introducing continuous improvement initiatives that enhance care and drive quality excellence
• Support team growth and expand service reach by helping to create an innovative Allied Health Assistant workforce model
• Responsible for a budget, managing costs and growing revenue
• Ensure services are based on an efficient, goal orientated and person-centred care coordination system by having staff deliver clinically relevant assessment, management, advocacy and monitoring to clients

About you:

• An experienced Occupational Therapist with excellent clinical knowledge
• Someone who leads with heart, providing direction, support and mentoring to inspire staff
• Demonstrated ability working in line with governing legislation and accreditation standards, having supported the introduction of quality initiatives
• Committed to delivering effective customer service via a person centric care model
• Innovative, driven, personable and eager to embrace change
