About the Role

As the Occupational Therapy Manager, you’ll oversee a team of approximately 8 Occupational Therapists, providing leadership and guidance across a varied caseload. The role is a split between clinical practice and management duties—perfect for someone who thrives on both hands-on care and strategic leadership.

Your responsibilities will include team development, performance outcomes, and budget oversight, all within a collaborative and forward-thinking health service.

We’re seeking a confident leader with:

AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist

Prior leadership or management experience

A strategic mindset with a strong interest in budgeting and KPIs

Resilience, adaptability, and excellent interpersonal skills
