In this role the responsibility will include:

• Lead and empower a growing team of Occupational Therapists
• Drive services improvements and clinical excellence
• Collaborate with passionate colleagues in a supportive and fulfilling work environment
• Prepare any staff supervision and PD training
• Facilitate team meetings to discuss goals, progress, and strategies
• Monitor and manage key performance indicators
• Review and provide feedback on reports and documentation
• Option to carry a small clinical caseload

What this role will offer:

• Base Salary from $120,000 - $140,000 + Super
• Achievable bonuses for team performance

Essential Criteria:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
• AHPRA Registration
• Experience providing support to junior Occupational Therapists
• Ability to motivate and empower clinicians
• Current Working with Children's Check and NDIS Check
• Current and clean driver’s license
