Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation of a reporting project to improve efficiency, accuracy and transparency of reported data.

Responsibilities:

Lead end to end design, implementation and delivery of a reporting project.

• Lead and oversee all aspects of project development and implementation, including preparing project plans, establishing governance, identifying, allocating and managing resources, meeting reporting requirements to ensure project outcomes are achieved on time, to quality standards and in line with project management methodology.
• Provide expert advice and information to stakeholders on emerging project issues and present recommendations to support project delivery in line with established plans, timeframes, objectives and priorities.
• Manage stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation and issues management to ensure stakeholders are engaged throughout the project and deliverables are met with minimal disruption.
• Develop and maintain detailed project artefacts including plans, RAID logs, status reports and governance artefacts.
• Identifying interdependencies and leveraging resources to maximise efficiencies and achieve required outcomes.

Skills needed;

• Proven end to end project management experience.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and management capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience working in large scale NSW Government projects, experience in human services highly regarded
• Experience working in a culturally diverse environment. With the ability to communicate sensitively and effectively with, and understand issues, impacting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in NSW.
• Strong presentations skills tailored to diverse audiences (subject matter experts, executive, technology, operations).
• Demonstrated change management experience.
