Bertram Physiotherapy Rehabilitation Centre is a highly respected, clinician-led private practice in Silkstone, Ipswich. For over 20 years, Principal Physiotherapist Andrew Bertram and his dedicated team have delivered trusted, evidence-based care to the local community across a wide range of musculoskeletal and rehabilitation needs.

Our beautiful, fully equipped clinic features spacious, private treatment rooms that open directly onto the heart of our facility—the rehabilitation gym. This purpose-built space has been designed to support every stage of recovery, from early rehabilitation to advanced performance training, to high needs and neurological conditions.

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking an exceptionally skilled and passionate Physiotherapist to join our team for a min 25 hours up to 38 hours per week. Whether you're an experienced practitioner ready to step into a leadership or specialty role, or a motivated clinician with a minimum of two years’ experience eager to build expertise in a supportive, progressive environment—our integrated clinic and gym model gives you the platform to deliver outstanding care and grow a thriving caseload.

This dedicated space enables seamless progression from manual therapy to active rehab, supporting a full spectrum of recovery—from post-op and chronic conditions to elite performance and preventative care.

While a solid foundation in a broad range of musculoskeletal physiotherapy is essential, we are also seeking practitioners who may have advanced skills or a strong interest in developing skills in specialized areas such as:

Women’s health physiotherapy (including pelvic floor rehabilitation)

Dance and performing arts rehabilitation, including Pointe assessments

Strength and conditioning programs for youth athletes and dancers

These clinical areas present an exciting opportunity to build a niche caseload within our practice.

You Must Have

Full AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist

Indemnity Insurance

Demonstrated skill and confidence in MSK and/or specialty clinical areas

A strong interest in exercise-based rehab and holistic recovery

Outstanding communication skills with a caring, professional manner

Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team

Experience or interest in group rehab or strength training

A strong desire to contribute to an excellent patient experience and clinic culture
