About Us:

Frontier Physiotherapy is a well-established, busy private practice, conveniently co-located alongside a thriving medical centre. Our team is committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based care to a diverse patient population. The case load is primarily musculoskeletal but will include some elements of neurological, paediatric and cardiorespiratory physiotherapy.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a dedicated Physiotherapist to join our supportive and collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity to take over an existing caseload with strong patient continuity and scope for further development.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage an existing caseload of musculoskeletal patients with a focus on high-quality, patient-centred care

Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualised treatment plans

Collaborate with GPs, allied health professionals, and other members of the multidisciplinary team

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Contribute to ongoing practice development and patient engagement strategies

Participate in clinical education, mentoring, and continuous professional development

Please note, the hourly rate is a base rate paid in full - No commission. Base rate is negotiable and based on qualification and level of experience.

About You:

Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy

Current AHPRA registration

Demonstrated experience or interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy

Strong clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Motivated, professional, and eager to grow within a dynamic team environment

Desirable (but not essential):

Experience working in private practice

Interest in sports rehabilitation, pilates, or occupational health

Ability to contribute to business development initiatives
