About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of data analytics, performance reporting, and business intelligence. You will lead a dedicated team in developing and implementing robust performance measurement frameworks, ensuring that AWH remains at the forefront of data-driven decision-making.

  • Lead the development and implementation of business intelligence strategies that drive operational efficiency and service improvement.
  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of complex healthcare data to support informed decision-making at all levels of the organisation.
  • Develop dynamic reporting tools and dashboards to provide real-time insights into performance, quality, and patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and clinical teams to identify key performance metrics and areas for strategic enhancement.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging data to optimise patient care, resource allocation, and organisational effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements while maintaining the highest standards of data integrity and governance.
