We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team on a full-time permanent or part-time permanent basis at Meilene Residential Aged Care Home in Bundaberg. This role offers strong career growth and development within a supportive and compassionate environment.

About the Role:

You will be an essential member of our clinical team, delivering high-quality care and support to residents and contributing to the warm, home-like environment Anglicare is known for.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating and supervising the care team (ENs, AINs, PCWs)
• Liaising with GPs and Allied Health Professionals
• Administering medications safely and in accordance with regulations
• Providing direct care in a professional and competent manner
• Managing hospital transfers and external appointments
• Communicating with residents' families regarding care plans and wellbeing

About You

We are looking for compassionate, professional, and committed individuals who are passionate about aged care.

You will need to have:

• A completed Bachelor of Nursing
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• National Police Clearance
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
• Up-to-date vaccinations, including COVID-19, Hepatitis B, and Influenza
• Aged care experience is an advantage, but not essential
• Previous experience as an AIN, PCW or EN is welcomed
