We’re on the hunt for a highly skilled craftsman panel beater to join our classic car restoration team on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. This is your chance to step away from the crash-repair grind and focus on timeless classics in a truly excellent workshop environment.
You’ll be restoring a wide variety of vehicles — everything from rare icons to sentimental gems — with an emphasis on respecting originality, craftsmanship, and detail.
What You’ll Be Doing:

• Full panel fabrication and panel repair to factory specs
• Oxy welding, file finishing, and panel gapping
• Assembling and removing parts with care and precision
• Managing a job from start to finish with craftsmanship and pride
• Working in a tight-knit team passionate about classic restoration

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in restoration-quality panel beating
• Strong fabrication skills, including oxy welding and file finishing
• Ability to work independently and with integrity
• Great work ethic, well presented, and takes pride in their craft
• Lead wiping skills a bonus, not essential
• Ideal for experienced professionals or semi-retired experts who want to stay active
• Open to feedback and continual improvement
