About the Role
The Asset Software Implementation Lead plays a pivotal role in delivering the AMI Asset Track system within the ServiceNow platform for the Rope Rescue and Confined Space Capability project.
This role is responsible for developing and managing asset management strategies, workflows, and systems across Technical Operations, including asset lifecycle processes such as condition monitoring, maintenance, and performance standards.
Working closely with internal stakeholders and the Asset Management Office, the role supports new and ongoing asset programs through planning, budgeting, and resource coordination.
Additionally, the position leads asset-related improvement initiatives, supports AMAF compliance, contributes to audits, and acts as a subject matter expert for Technical Operations on all matters relating to asset management.
What you will need to Succeed
To be successful in this position, you will have:
· Relevant qualification in asset management software implementation, information technology, engineering or a relevant discipline is desirable.
· Demonstrated understanding of asset management principles and knowledge. Asset Management software qualification is desirable.
· Detailed experience in AMI Asset Track and ServiceNow asset management software.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills including demonstrated ability to design prepare procedures, guides, plans and high-quality reports.
· Demonstrated experience in translating complex asset management process into simple, usable, documents to guide asset users with little asset management process awareness.

FRV’s standard practice is to appoint at the base of the salary range, however consideration will be given to an above base salary within the advertised range based on the successful candidate’s skills and experience.
