Are you an experienced and organised event professional looking for a rewarding role in a trusted and collaborative team? DCC&A is seeking a Conference Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality conferences—primarily in the medical, healthcare and allied health sectors.

About the Role

As a Conference Coordinator, you’ll work as part of a close-knit team to help deliver seamless and successful conferences. This is a varied role that involves everything from logistics and timelines to delegate support and supplier liaison.

Key responsibilities include:

Assisting with end-to-end conference planning and delivery

Managing communications with clients, venues, suppliers and delegates

Supporting speaker and abstract management

Overseeing delegate registrations and onsite operations

Maintaining timelines, budgets, and conference documentation

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, detail-focused and takes pride in delivering exceptional results. Experience in the events or conference industry is essential—especially in professional or healthcare-related events.

You’ll bring:

Proven experience in conference or event coordination

Excellent communication and organisational skills

A client-focused approach with strong attention to detail

Confidence using event software and MS Office

Ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities
