About the Position
This role is responsible for supervising staff, guest service, food operations, restaurant upkeep and maintenance of shifts. You are responsible for the total operation and maintenance of your shift, ensuring food and beverage staff and stock at appropriate levels and hygiene standards are adhered to. You will assist in the development and implementation of service standards to ensure guest satisfaction remains a top priority
About the Person
This person is a skilled and proactive Food & Beverage Outlet Supervisor with over two years of experience leading teams in a fast-paced hospitality environment. They are responsible for the smooth operation of their shift, ensuring staff levels, stock, hygiene, and service standards are consistently maintained.
With strong communication and leadership skills, they foster a collaborative team culture, manage multiple responsibilities under pressure, and are committed to delivering exceptional guest service. Their hands-on approach ensures efficient operations, compliance with WH&S and food safety regulations, and a welcoming, professional atmosphere for both students and guests.
Salary details
The hourly rate for this casual role is $40.83 (includes 25% casual Loading) plus 11.5% superannuation.
