Supervisor – Pawpaw Cafe

30–38 hours per week | Nights (Wed–Sat) +Day Shifts

We’re on the hunt for a Hospitality Superstar to join the team as a Front of House Supervisor at Pawpaw Café, one of Brisbane’s most iconic venues.

What We’re Looking For:
✨ A team player with a calm, confident presence
✨ Prior experience in a similar supervisory role
✨ Wine knowledge and a genuine love of customer service
✨ Someone who thrives in both a buzzing dinner service and a relaxed daytime café vibe

The Role:
• 30–38 hours per week
• 4 nights (Wednesday–Saturday) + 2 day shifts (one split)
• Lead by example, support the FOH team, and ensure service runs smoothly
• Help create a warm, welcoming space for our wonderful regulars and new guests
