The Opportunity You’ll be the commercial engine behind our business. As our most senior sales hire, you’ll lead the charge on identifying, targeting, and winning strategic clients—supported by a motivated delivery team, marketing tools, and senior leadership. What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the entire sales process, from strategy to close
• Build a targeted pipeline of high-value clients
• Lead solution-focused conversations with C-level decision makers
• Shape go-to-market strategy with the Founders
• Work closely with marketing and delivery to ensure seamless onboarding and client success
• Report on KPIs and continuously improve performance metrics

About You

• Proven track record in consultative sales (have sold CMS digital solutions)
• Confident selling to senior decision makers (CEO, CTO, Heads of…)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• A strategic thinker who can balance long-term vision with short-term wins
• Strong commercial acumen and hunger to grow with a scaling business
