Key Responsibilities:

Providing genuine, patient centered customer service

Greet and assist patients upon arrival.

Manage patient inquiries and billing.

Have excellent computer skills.

Maintain accurate patient records and data entry.

Support the imaging team with administrative tasks.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and people skills

Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail

Embrace teamwork and be able to demonstrate a ‘Can-Do/Will-Do’ attitude.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills

Must hold a valid driver’s license for travel between locations.

Experience in a similar role considered favourably.
