We’re on the hunt for a driven and experienced Solar Electrician who’s ready to step away from installs and move into a client-facing, sales-focused service role.

✅ Your Role:
You’ll be the expert our customers rely on to troubleshoot and resolve solar issues on domestic systems. This role is perfect for high performers who thrive on delivering solutions, providing exceptional customer service, and generating sales opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong solar service and fault-finding experience (domestic systems)

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Confidence in advising clients on repairs, replacements & upgrades

A focus on outcomes, performance, and delivering value

Monday to Friday schedule — full-time role with no weekend work.

Sales commissions — 3% on all system sales you generate.

$150 bonus for every Sungrow inverter changeover.

$20 billable hour bonus — rewarded for productivity.

$30 per 5-star Google review — your customer service pays.

Approximately 3 jobs per day — no rushed, overloaded days.

Testing & sales only — no installs; leave that to our install team.

Ongoing weekly training — we invest in your continued development.

Solar experience essential. SAA license not required.
