Experienced Water Well Drillers Required
In partnership with one of our trusted clients, one of the largest drilling services providers in Australia, True Resources is now seeking expressions of interest for experienced and motivated Water Well Drillers for a range of projects.
These roles are now open with immediate start dates available.

What the role involves:
- Operating Drill and overseeing drill team.
- Liaise with client on hole and sample production.
- Completing necessary safety paperwork and processes.
- Assisting with routine maintenance.
- Assisting with loading and unloading heavy vehicles.
- Setting up/dismantling/moving drill rigs and equipment.
- Cleaning drill rigs, vehicles, equipment and tools.
- Assist to set up/dismantle/move rigs and associated equipment.
- Other duties as required.
To be successful you must have and provide:
- Previous Water Well Drilling Experience (3 years)
- Class 1 or 2 Water Well Ticket
- Certificate 3 RII31815 in Drilling Operations
- Hold a current HR-B Licence
- Minimum of 2 years experience professional Drilling.
- Clean NPC from within the last 3 months.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical.
- Strong commitment to safety.
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Resident.
- Working at heights and 4WD ticket highly regarded.
