North Brisbane Pool Care is seeking a motivated and reliable Pool Technician to join our growing team. This full-time role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to work with a friendly, supportive crew servicing both residential and commercial clients.

About the Role

As a Pool Technician, you'll be the face of North Brisbane Pool Care, providing top-notch pool servicing and maintenance throughout North Lakes and surrounding suburbs. You’ll be supported with the tools, training, and team backing you need to succeed.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

Performing regular pool cleaning and maintenance – including skimming, brushing, vacuuming, and balancing chemical levels

Troubleshooting and repairing pool equipment such as pumps, filters, chlorinators, and heaters

Communicating clearly with clients, addressing questions or concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction

Maintaining accurate service records and reporting on pool conditions

Assisting with installation of new equipment when required

Adhering to health and safety protocols at all times

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience or qualifications in pool maintenance and/or equipment repair (preferred but not essential – we’ll train the right person!)

Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on, can-do attitude

Excellent communication and customer service skills

A valid driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle

Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule

Attention to detail, professionalism, and a strong work ethic
