The role involves:

10-15 hours per week, including Saturday's (9am-2pm)

Working as part of a team and independently as required

Offer superior customer service

Provide styling advice to customers

Store merchandising

Receiving & unpacking stock

Answer phone calls and basic admin tasks

Packing online orders

Working with our loyal customers to build strong customer relationships

To be successful you must:

Minimum 2 years retail experience, preferably in fashion/homewares

Be willing to work Saturdays (9am-2pm)

A love for retail & customer service

Ability to use initiative & make decisions on the spot

Outstanding customer service & communication skills

Well presented & represent the Mookah brand

Visual merchandising experience is advantageous

Ability to work in a team or independently

Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks

This is not a junior role

Experience with cash handling and POS systems
