Regional Site Coordinator – Emerald (8:6 Roster FIFO From Brisbane)

We are currently seeking two experienced Coordinators to join our team based in Emerald, operating on an 8:6 FIFO roster. This is a key leadership opportunity to take ownership of operations across the Emerald, Blackwater, and Gladstone region.

This role is ideal for a driven and hands-on individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to lead both operational and sales activity across multiple sites.

Key Details:

FIFO in/out of Emerald: Fly in Thursday / Fly out Friday

Salary: $165K – $170K + Meal Allowance + Accommodation provided

Roster: 8 days on / 6 days off

Region: Emerald, Blackwater, Gladstone

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate all operational and sales activity across the region

Manage planning and preparation prior to execution of works

Allocate daily work priorities across multidisciplinary teams

Ensure safe execution of works with appropriate resourcing

Provide leadership, support, and first-level performance management

Conduct audits and maintain compliance across crane operations

Assist in documentation management and planning tools

Work closely with planners and schedulers to ensure equipment readiness

Maintain rigging registers and check equipment VOCs

Build and maintain customer relationships across multiple sites

Attend site visits for job planning, observations, and coordination

Reporting on preparation activities and team performance

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a coordinating or supervisory capacity

Strong understanding of operational planning and execution

Ability to motivate and lead teams to deliver safe and efficient outcomes

High level of communication skills to liaise with both internal teams and clients

Strong attention to compliance, documentation, and planning systems

Cert IV Training & Assessing is desirable but not essential
