What We're Looking For

Experience in estimating or insurance assessment (ideally 2+ years)

Solid knowledge of construction practices and materials

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

QBCC license (or willingness to obtain) is highly regarded

Valid Australian driver's licence and own reliable transport

You will be responsible for:

Preparing accurate cost estimates and scopes for residential and light commercial projects

Conducting site inspections and damage assessments

Interpreting plans, reports and technical documents

Liaising with clients, insurance providers, trades, and internal teams

Ensuring estimates are compliant, competitive, and reflect fair market rates
