Since 1968 Davidson Bros Electrical has been a trusted name in the industry for industrial, commercial, rural and residential electrical installations and repairs. We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Salesperson to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone

Answer incoming telephone calls and assist customers with inquiries in our front showroom

Create and update jobs in JobTracker software

Write out job cards and accurately relay information to technicians

Handle cash sales, credit card, and account payments

Prepare quotes for customers

Process customer orders and place stock orders for technicians

Monitor and replenish showroom stock

Liaise with sales representatives and internal staff

Maintain showroom tidiness and stock displays

General administrative and computer tasks

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent telephone manner and communication skills

A strong focus on customer service and client satisfaction

Prior sales experience (preferably in a spare parts, trade or electrical environment)

Willingness to learn about pumps, electric motors, and associated products

Solid computer literacy and comfort with software systems

A reliable, proactive, and well-organized team player
