About the Role
We’re looking for a casual breakfast & sandwich chef to prep and run service during our busy day trade.
You’ll be making sandwiches, breakfast plates, toasties, salads — all fresh, simple, done well.

This is a casual position with a minimum of 25+ hours per week, with the potential for more during busy periods.
We run 7 days a week, so you’ll work a mix of weekday and weekend shifts (no nights!).

Key Responsibilities

Prep and cook breakfast & lunch service (sandwiches, eggs, toasties, salads, plates)

Maintain a clean & organised station

Manage stock and prep lists

Work efficiently in a small team during busy service

Bring a positive attitude and love of good food

About You

Previous experience in a café / sandwich / breakfast kitchen preferred

Able to handle a fast-paced service

Good knife skills and sandwich game

Reliable and punctual

Available across a 7-day roster (mix of weekdays & weekends)

No night shifts — day shifts only
