Our employees are spread across Hospitality, Events, Administration, Operations, and the Club’s external bar & bistro – The Junction.

Located on Anzac Highway, The Junction is an upmarket venue – equipped and ready to cater for a variety of functions and events. The Bistro, Sports Bar, TAB and 40 machine gaming room are open 7 days a week.

Opportunity

We are seeking an experience casual Chef (Grade 4 or above) to join our dynamic culinary team across The Junction and Morphettville Racecourse.

About the Role

This is a flexible casual position with a strong focus at The Junction, supporting a busy grill section. You’ll also have opportunities to work at Morphettville, especially during major events and race days. We’re looking for someone who can jump straight in and deliver consistent, high-quality food in a fast-paced environment.

About You

You will have:

Minimum Grade 4 chef experience

Confident with grill and line cooking

Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team

Availability for immediate start preferred

Reliability and a great attitude are a must
