Email Marketing Specialist - Global Fintech Brand

We're looking for a career-driven Email Marketing Specialist with 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud to join their dynamic and collaborative environment. You'll report to an energetic, modern-thinking manager who values fresh ideas and encourages innovation.

What You'll Do:

• Own and manage customer lifecycle journeys and marketing automation programs across email and SMS
• Leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud to deliver highly personalised, data-driven campaigns focused on loyalty, growth, and retention
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to align marketing efforts
• Drive customer engagement through impactful, measurable campaigns
• Analyse campaign performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to track KPIs and success metrics
• Lead initiatives to capture, retain, and grow customer relationships
• Advocate for marketing best practices and innovation across the business

What You'll Bring:

• 2-3 years' experience in a CRM or digital marketing role (Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a must)
• Proven track record in email automation, campaign execution, and customer lifecycle management
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
• Excellent time management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Knowledge of CMS tools (Adobe preferred) and email marketing best practices
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
