About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated Rostering Coordinator to join our fast-paced Client Services team. This is a key, client-facing role where you’ll be responsible for:
Building positive relationships with clients and Support Workers
Managing and allocating daily rosters
Responding to urgent scheduling needs
Supporting seamless service delivery through proactive communication
You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive consistent, timely and high-quality support—while working within a collaborative, supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate clearly with clients and support staff
Allocate shifts and monitor unfilled rosters
Address scheduling conflicts and client requests
Manage shift check-ins and resolve delays
Support after-hours rostering as required
Maintain accurate administrative and system records
What You Bring
2–3 years’ experience in disability, aged care or support work
Experience in rostering or workforce scheduling
High-level communication and conflict resolution skills
Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, and scheduling systems
Ability to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure
Desirable:
Certificate IV in Disability or related field
NDIS knowledge
Leadership or mentoring experience
Mandatory:
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working with Children Check
NDIS Orientation Module Completion
