Our client is looking for a Site Engineer with a strong foundation in Australian construction practices, standards and safety. You will play a pivotal role in the on-site coordination and execution of civil construction projects.

You will be based in North West of Tasmania and will have the ability to take on the responsibility of a high profile project and contribute meaningfully to delivery and outcomes.

About the role:

• Coordinate daily site activities to ensure project milestones are achieved in line with the program and budget.
• Supervise subcontractors and site staff to maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily diaries, progress reports, and site photos.
• Support Project Engineers and Project Managers with scheduling, reporting, and project close-out documentation.

About you:

• You will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction projects in the Australian industry (experience in Marine projects desired).
• Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Solid knowledge of Australian construction standards, environmental and safety regulations.
