$119,000 including superannuation and allowances + annual return flight for family

Residential Mt Isa - 8/6 roster dayshifts (with future options for days/nights rotating shift 7/7 roster) – 12 hour shifts

The Role
Based at our Mt Isa Sulphuric Acid Plant, this full-time entry-level role offers an exciting opportunity to launch your career in the processing and manufacturing industry. Reporting to the Production Team Leader, you’ll be supported through comprehensive training to build your skills in plant operations, safety, and teamwork — all while making a real contribution to our day-to-day operations.

You will also:

Assist with plant operations and monitoring equipment

Follow operational procedures to perform tasks safely and efficiently

Raise maintenance requests and support troubleshooting

Perform housekeeping duties and support improvement activities

Attend pre-start meetings and complete site-specific training

The Site
Northern Australian Operations consists of an Ammonium Phosphate Mine and Processing Plant (Phosphate Hill) and Sulphuric Plant (Mt Isa) in North Queensland. The facilities include ammonia, beneficiation, phosphoric acid, granulation, and sulphuric acid plants plus infrastructure, utilities, power generation and housing to support the workforce.
