About Us
Tangram Health is a collective of six allied health clinics across Sydney, including Dural Health, Your Health Sport and Spine, Hornsby Health, Westpoint Health (Blacktown), Willoughby Health, and Milsons Point Health.

We’re a team of 13 experienced clinicians with a strong focus on musculoskeletal, occupational, and sports injuries. What sets us apart is the depth of experience and diversity in our team—four of our clinicians are dual-qualified (Physio/EP and Physio/Chiro), and our leadership includes a Titled Sports & Exercise Physio and a Titled Musculoskeletal Physio.

All treatments are provided one-on-one in private rooms. Hornsby and Milsons Point have recently expanded into large, modern facilities with full gym access—more upgrades are on the way.

The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Physiotherapist to join our growing team. This role is split between Your Health Sport and Spine (Dural) and Hornsby Health—two of our flagship clinics.

You’ll work with a passionate, supportive team and enjoy genuine autonomy in a clinic environment that values precision, warmth, and agility.

What We're Looking For:

1+ years’ experience in private practice (new grad applications considered with strong clinical base)

Strong MSK assessment and management skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Interest in ongoing education and mentoring

AHPRA registered physiotherapist
