The Role:

As a Proficient Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will independently manage a behaviour support caseload. You’ll conduct functional behavioural assessments, develop and monitor tailored, person-centred support plans, and implement strategies to reduce behaviours of concern without restrictive practices. The role involves coaching others, contributing to internal training, collaborating with families and professionals, and complying with all NDIS and organisational requirements. You will also handle some administrative duties including scheduling, documentation, and maintaining accurate clinical records. As a senior you will provide supervision to other core practitioners.

Essential Criteria:

Strong experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner

Proficient level registration (or above) under the NDIS Capability Framework

Degree in allied health, behavioural science or equivalent practical experience desired

Experience conducting FBAs and developing person-centred PBS plans

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
