Australian Staffing Agency (ASA) provide Temporary and Permanent recruitment and staffing solutions to businesses Australia wide within the Light Industrial and Commercial Sectors. These include, Transport and Logistics, Warehousing, Manufacturing, Food Production, Call Centre's, Finance, Marketing, Customer Service and Administration.

We are currently seeking experienced and reliable LF & LO Forklift Operators, including High Reach and Double Deep operators, to join a rapidly expanding team at a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility for a leading international brand.

*Monday to Friday, with Day, Afternoon, and Night Shifts available – Preferences are not guaranteed.

Shifts & Pay Rates

Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM | $36.08 per hour

Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM | $40.40 per hour

Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM | $44.73 per hour

Early Morning Starts (2:00 AM – 6:00 AM): $39.68 per hour

All rates are casual hourly rates including penalties.

Key Responsibilities

Operating LF and LO forklifts (High Reach / Double Deep)

Loading and unloading goods

Putaways, replenishment, and stock rotation

Adhering to safety protocols and warehouse procedures

Working within a fast-paced team environment

Operating basic machinery and equipment

Conducting quality control checks

Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Adhering to site-specific safety and hygiene protocols

Performing general warehouse or production duties

Organising and maintaining stock within the warehouse

Assisting with inventory counts and stock rotation

Operating warehouse equipment (Forklifts and LO Operators🦾 – license required, pallet jacks, tuggers)

Communicating clearly with colleagues and supervisors

Using RF scanning technology for product tracking

Meeting daily KPIs and operational deadlines

✅ Requirements:

Must hold a current LF and/or LO Forklift Licence (issued in Australia)

Demonstrated experience in forklift operations, including high reach or double deep

Physically fit and capable of manual handling and repetitive tasks

Proven ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Experience with RF scanning and warehouse management systems (preferred)

High level of attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards

Able to stand for extended periods and work efficiently throughout long shifts

Possesses a positive, can-do attitude and works well within a team

Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn and grow

Candidates must be available to attend a face-to-face interview and complete the Australian Staffing Agency's onboarding process.
