Your new role

As a Senior (or above) Stormwater Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing stormwater management systems. From early-stage strategy to detailed design, you'll play a critical role in shaping solutions that manage flood risk, improve water quality, and enhance open space for communities. You will lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and standards. Your responsibilities will include conducting hydrological analyses, preparing technical reports, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop effective solutions.

What you'll need to succeed

• A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Extensive experience in stormwater management and design.
• Proficiency in hydrological modelling software.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to lead a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A thorough understanding of local environmental regulations and standards.
• The ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and represent the company whilst engaging with clients
